Core Competencies

Definición:

Core competencies are the characteristics that define a company or an individual in relation to its competitors. It is a management theory concept introduced by C. K. Prahalad and Gary Hamel. It highlights the importance of identifying and exploiting core competencies for an emerging or long-established company trying to remain competitive.
