Term Sheet

Definición:
The term sheet is the definition of a non-binding venture capital legal document that forms the basis for more durable and legally binding documents, such as the Stock Purchase Agreement and the Voting Agreement. Although short, the main purpose of the VC term sheet is to set out the initial details of a VC investment, such as valuation, dollar amount raised, class of shares, investor rights, and investor protection clauses.
