Rebecca Padnos Altamirano is an educator, author and entrepreneur whose work focuses on expanding opportunity for underserved communities. She co-founded Tangelo Technologies and co-authored Be the Change: Reinventing School for Student Success. A former teacher at East Palo Alto Academy, she holds a master’s degree in education from Stanford University, serves on its Graduate School of Education Alumni Board and advises the Chef Ann Foundation.
