Every election is determined by the people who show up.  And it’s going to come down to voter turnout in 5 cities for a Biden/Harris win.

Voting data from NYTimes 2012 & 2016 election results and verified by each state’s voting data listed on their state government website.

In 2016, one of the big problems was the decline in voter turnout in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Flint, and Milwaukee.  Polls indicate that in the suburban areas surrounding these 5 cities, Trump will lose voter share from women who will vote for Biden this time around.

We chose our goal number of votes for a decisive win based on adding 10% to the 2012 democrat voter turnout. If we reach these target numbers, Biden likely wins the election.
