While the Grower-Shipper Association educated the community on the value of getting the vaccine; Clinicas coordinated the delivery of the shots to farmworkers. All shots were delivered by doctors and nurses who volunteered to help during many weekends, and it paid off. 40,000 shots were administered over the course of just a few months.
